National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya has signed an MoU with “JSV Innovations” to establish “School for Skills: Allied Health Sciences NIT Meghalaya” under “Saitsophen Sawian Centre for Inclusive Education” within its campus. The school will provide education and training to the youths, both local and from other parts of the state of Meghalaya, as Allied Health Professionals (Paramedical personnel – administrative and technical). It is expected to commence in August 2025.

This will become the 11th campus for School for Skills: Allied Health Sciences which will establish its presence in the 6th state in India and the 2nd North-east state.
