Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has awarded our foundation (Foundation for Innovations in Health) with a mandate under its CSR programs. This involves setting up two (2) training centres (School for Skills: Allied Health Sciences) at Banda and Fatehpur and training 180 youth from local areas as certified Allied Health Professionals. Our target is to place at least 70% of the students in stable jobs in healthcare. FIH, through its multiple centres in different states of India, has trained over 5000 rural youth (65% girls) and over 75% of its students are now employed in 80+ hospitals in almost all major cities in India.
The school boasts well equipped classrooms and laboratories (domain specific and computer laboratory). Renowned experts and seasoned professionals from the healthcare industry form the core faculty of the school and practical training lies at the heart of the school's pedagogical approach. We are currently providing GDA (General Duty Assistant) course to the students. We aim at unleashing their potential and empower them through advanced skill training and livelihood generation programs and also entitle them with the ability to earn a dignified living.
Apart from domain specific training, students are also being trained in basic English, computer usage, soft skills and communication skills. On completion of the course, our dedicated placement team will provide placement assistance to our students
